Vylo Studio builds and runs websites. This page explains what this site collects, who else touches it, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Anonymous analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages get visited. It sets no cookies. Visitors are identified by a hash derived from the incoming request, which is discarded after 24 hours, and it cannot follow you to other websites. You can turn this off below.

Things you send us. If you email us or submit an inquiry, we receive whatever you chose to put in it. We use it to reply to you.

Client portal accounts. If you have a login for the client portal, we store your account details and a session cookie so you stay signed in. Those cookies are strictly necessary — the portal cannot work without them — and they are only set once you sign in.

A theme preference. Your light/dark choice is stored in your own browser under vylo-theme. It never leaves your device.

Who processes it

• Vercel — hosting and the anonymous analytics above.
• Clerk — client portal and admin sign-in.
• Neon — the database behind the portal.
• Square — payments, if you pay an invoice through the site.
• Resend — delivering email we send you.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and there is no ad tech on this site.

Do Not Track

We honor it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, analytics is disabled automatically — you do not need to do anything else.

Email hello@vylostudio.com and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and post the new version here.
